My need is sharp photos of ancient objects. These objects are compared to each other, so minute differences must be visible. A good photo printer is required, but the paper makes a difference, too. Canon recommended this paper to me, so similar products of other companies might suffice. In any case, with a Canon IP 4600 printer, this paper produces photos as good as those in auction catalogs. I’m very happy with it. It is expensive, however, $ for 20 8×11 sheets, so keep that in mind.

I have tried many Canon photo paper and I like this product the best. I find that 95% of the time the color match what I see on my screen. I am primarily using this paper in a Canon Pro 9000 printer. If you have a Canon printer I recommend using this paper for all your images.

A good weight, a perfect balance in sheen, bright and luminous. Oh, and it’s the size of a bed sheet. While I would’t go so far as to say they’re a poor value; they are pricey. Get what you pay for, I suppose.
