Great printer and faster than my prior Canon MF. Do not care for it causing static on my radio, which I listen to a lot. My prior Canon MF did not have this issue.

Total dissatisfaction. As others have mentioned, the brief setup manual included with shipping made setup and connecting extremely difficult, and I never was able to get it to connect to my wireless network. Second issue – I tried multiple times feeding a page through as a test, and the machine jammed the paper every time. I returned this, bought a competitor model, and had it set up in about 30 minutes.

Simple to use and set up. Perfect for small office setting. The Wifi connection works well. However, it doesn’t come with a cable to scan to a computer.

This printer is difficult to maintain. I bought it on sale through B&H and after 17 months of use, I find myself avoiding having to use this printer due to how difficult Canon has made the printer difficult to use and maintain. I consider myself a technologist, and I can set up a classroom with computers, but can’t figure this printer out. Since day 1, it has not printed clearly, everything comes out grey. I notice this printer always prints documents light and grey, though it prints normally when using Adobe Acrobat. Go figure. The worst is when you have to update the drivers and software updates – it’s a half day process because you have to connect your computer into this printer via USB-B cable and sometimes the driver updates work, sometimes they don’t. This printer is simply overly complicated and prints however it feels like depending on the day.

I can’t believe how fast it prints vs. my old Canon inkjet printer. Hopefully, the print cartridges will last longer and be cheaper in the long run. Based on my needs this model was recommended by a B&H tech. They have always been very helpful during my many purchases throughout time.

This laser printer is very easy to use even for someone like me. (I am not very tech savvy) The copies come out sharp and clean.

I like the price and easy of use. Toner is not expensive though.
