This particular ink tank is so hard to find, and I was so happy to find it at B&H. For some reason, this tank is not included with the Canon package deal, and I could not even find it on the Canon site. This tank color makes a huge difference in the print quality from this printer. You wouldn’t think gray would have that much impact, but it does. I hope B& H will continue to stock this product.

The color (and Canon printer) are both great products for quality output, but my only problemwhich ends up being a costly oneis that the ink is used up incredibly fast. And I’m not even printing color photos generally!!

I like my iP4700 printer so much I bought two. B&H has the best price on genuine Canon ink. Aftermarket inks are cheaper but can be troublesome, and I worry how long the photos will last. One thing I like about this printer and these ink cartridges is that when it says the cartridge is empty, it is empty. There is not a drop of ink left. Also, this printer will still print grayscale if one of the color tanks is empty.
