Wished I could fill my own, they go so fast. However B&H has the best prices for this item.

This particular ink tank is so hard to find, and I was so happy to find it at B&H. For some reason, this tank is not included with the Canon package deal, and I could not even find it on the Canon site. This tank color makes a huge difference in the print quality from this printer. You wouldn’t think gray would have that much impact, but it does. I hope B& H will continue to stock this product.

I’ve tried the generics and refills and they just don’t compare to the name brand cartridges. Unfortunately they are still relatively expensive considering how often the need to be replaced.

I use Canon ink only, to get consistent resultss. However, the MP 980 guzzles ink.

Canon ink works well with Canon printers, so that’s what I buy. B&H offers it at a good price made better by free shipping on orders over $50. What’s not to like?

If you buy the printer you have to buy the inks. These are easy to install and I have never had any problems with the ink or the cartridge

Always use the name brand. Have tried thecompatible ones before and had bad luck. Canon inks always work
