The TR4520 is a toy. I cannot print cover stock or my checks. The paper guide is impossible to move, less you break a finger nail. Cannon has done away with the MP Navigator making scanning extremely cumbersome. The worse thing is that the ink only lasted 10 days and is not available anywhere. Now I have a useless black box where my good Canon MX410 used to be.

This thing is pretty much worthless. It constantly jams, after you change the ink cartridges it still shows up as low on ink. Because of this, it takes a long time to get something printed, and it usually takes 3-5 sheets before getting a copy that is not ripped, or partially printed….absolute garbage!

it does what it is supposed to do. satisfied. ok oko ok

Had three Canon printers before this but this will likely be the last one. Doesn’t matter which computer I use it with, I get connection and non response problems unless it’s directly connected. Fed up with it after 14 months and tired of playing with settings and rebooting,. Looking for a replacement. I would not recommend this printer.

Keeps loosing it’s WiFi settings and software utilities are poorly designed.

I use a printer for photos which I use in teaching painting classes. This one makes sharp prints for me and my students to use

The only problem I’ve had is syncing the printer with my cell. It seamlessly hooks up with my cell but then it stops working with my computer. It’s probably my fault but I’m working on it.

I wish I had not bought this. The black printing is satisfactory. The colour printing looks faded. It seems to drink ink. Yet the worst feature is the scanner. If I want to scan something document size it stores it as a .pdf. I need to send scanned documents to companies as .jpg, but this scanner will not let me. I have read all the documentation, tried all the settings. No joy. If I say it is a photo it will make a .jpg, but then it will only scan a 8×8 area. I have to use some other means of scanning the 8×11 documents I need to send. Next time I get a printer I am going to read all the manuals before buying. Even though I only bought this 6 months ago, I feel like junking it and buying something worthwhile.

This printer itself is excellent. The booklet however is unclear because the illustrations don’t quite match reality. People should use their own judgment and everything will be fine.

I have been using printers, laser and ink, for, at least, 30 years. And this is, by far, the worst printer I have ever had. Paper never fed straight and now it just wads itself up. I won’t pay to have this carp looked at.

My HP printer finally died and I turned to B&H for a printer. Low on funds and B&H delivered. A wonderful printer for the money. It works perfectly and was delivered in two days like all my other B&H purchases. Love it. Functions like a $300 printer. Go Canon. I am impressed!

So far I have had good luck with the printer. Easy to set up, easy to use. I am using it to scan, and print on both paper and adhesive overlay materials. It is working good and I would recommend this printer to others.

We started having trouble with it right away. Due to COVID-19 the store didn’t have any stock of printers. We kept this one hoping to get it to work because we needed a printer. It only got worse. At first it had trouble with color printing and now it has trouble with everything. The worst printer we have ever had, by far.

It performs all festures as its supposed to. for anything more advance i.e. picture printing maybe want something else.

Nice compact unit functions well. As a retired person my volume of printing and scanning is light. I don’t use fax.

I have to admit I wanted a printer that used the same cartridges as my other printer. I am very tired of getting a new printer, it dies after a few years and I am stuck with a number of extra cartridges I throw away. This printer had the functions I wanted, had the same cartridges and B&H sold it at a good price. The setup was fairly easy and has performed quite well. The only thing is I can’t seem to activate the remote turn on of the printer. That other printer with fewer functions, starts fine remotely, so I have to look further and see what I am doing wrong. In the meantime I admit this is the second of this model I have purchased in the last few months. I liked the unit enough to get a backup.

This printer has worked well. Faster than I thought it would be.

I bought this printer a few weeks ago. I love it! The ease of setup & the quality of the things I’ve printed so far. I am very happy. The only complaint I have is that when you print 2 sided the paper wants to get jammed. I do not use the fax feature so I can’t speak on how well that works. The paper feed on top for scanning is great! Overall, I’m very pleased, just wish there was an easier way to 2 side print without it getting jammed.

I got this printer as a Christmas gift last year, as the one I previously had before this one was old and didn’t always work properly. This printer is okay. Straightforward setup process, just make sure you and your printer are connected to the same WIFI connection. My only complaints are that the quality of the print jobs aren’t always that great (can look blurry at times but it is a low end printer so it’s expected) and while operating, this printer is EXTREMELY LOUD! My whole house can hear me printing. Even in quiet mode it’s still pretty loud. Just a fair warning to those looking to get this one.
