The Canon PFI-300 Matte Black Ink Tank is a specially formulated LUCIA PRO ink, designed to be used with the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-300 printer. The ink produces professional quality photos with an expanded color gamut and enhanced black density. The Matte Black ink also provides deeper black levels on fine art paper as well as a wider dark area reproduction range with improved gradation.

Cannot recommend the output of these cartridges and the PRO-300 printer enough. However, if I had to do it again, I would have sprung for the PRO-1000. I don’t print that much and these go too fast (my reason for deducting one star)

I print daily and this ink cartridge, which they could come and made bigger for my printer, pro-300, they do seem to last a little while. I do print everyday, not alot, but a few prints daily to keep my ink aggitated that is if I don’t use my photo printer for production. I highly recommend Canon Inks because of the hues and nice saturation mixture the tones produce.

The Pro-300 ink cartridges are built very well, like everything else on this printer. They are also very easy to remove and install, so no complaints about these cartridges at all. I print a combination of color and b&w, and I noticed that the gray cartridge always gets used up the quickest.
