Canon ink tanks always work well in my printer. The only complaint I have would be the cost of the product. This issue is not unique to Canon. My main reason for the rating is the speed of delivery and lowest price I have found by purchasing this product from B&H.

Like everything else I’ve ever bought from B&H, it was just what i expected. The Ink works just like it’s suppost to on my MG8220, also from B&H. The paper was a bonus.

Noticeable quality over off-brand cartridges that we have purchases for much less. Photo colors from genuine Canon cartridges seem more vibrant and accurate. We have also had problems in the past with off brands that required frequent print head cleaning.

Using grey ink for some reason gives a greater tonality than just using shades of black on white. Prints have outstanding depth and range with this ink.

I must look more closely at printing in general, and black & white printing in particular. I’m very happy with my Canon multifunction printer, the inks have nice colors, but my early attempts at black & white printing came out reddish, despite the 3 black (or grey, I include this one) cartidges in my printer…
