I bought this printer about five months ago and I was only able to print once, then I can’t print from the computer anymore, because it lost the connection and doesn’t connect anymore.

Canon has always been a terrific brand for me. I’m sure I just got a lemon and the replacement will be much better. It quit me completely 10 days after I received it.

We needed a good value for money printer that connected easily to our computer system. We had tried another model but no matter what we did, the machine would not connect to our computer but this model did straight away and works beautifully. The ink cartridges that come with these printers doesn’t last too long so buy yourself a couple of spares. All in all very happy with our purchase!

This is my first Canon printer and boy am I disappointed. I got WiFi-connected once then it refused to stay connected. Has apps you have to download to supposedly help you with connection problems, but they don’t seem to do a thing to solve the problem. Got it to scan a doc yet never could get it to print it. It’s worthless I will be returning it to B&H. Canon has really gone downhill.

Needed a new printer for home for small jobs such as paper work and some photos. This printer was easy to set up, prints quickly, so far great quality. Love the air print from Iphone.

It’s clunky & slow & cheap plasticky; have to extend front doohickey to catch paper so it doesn’t really save space.

I Like the printer fine; however, it has gone offline at least 2 or 3 times in the last week or so. My daughter fixed it Monday night (2/28) and it’s been fine since. Hoping it won’t happen again.
