This website had the best deal for me when it came to this paper! When it arrived it looked normal until I started printing and I noticed that the corner of the paper was bent slightly and all of my prints where showing the bend. Hopefully if I order from here again this won’t happen again!

I say it’s average, because I understand that because of the optical brightening agents (OBAs), it’s not the longest lasting paper out there. I suggest spraying with your favorite art spray to extend the longevity. Five stars, though for texture and finish.

I use this paper with my pixma Pro 100. It was included with the printer and I appreciated it’s low luster high detail definition qualities just after first 5 prints. Portraits get this lively tones and low shine. I have tried matte paper and it does not work as portrait media for me. Ordered 50 pack. Shipping took 3 days. Great product.

I’ve been experimenting with Hahnemule, Canson, Ilford and Awagami papers and am hard pressed to choose a favorite, but I can honestly say that I like this paper. However, I prefer Baryta papers if I want a glossy surface. And I am uncertain as to the image stability of this paper.

I’ve used most of Canon’s professional and non-pro papers over the years… all except for the very high end specialty papers, and the Luster (and Semi-Gloss, which is very similar with slightly less sheen) is my favorite of all of them. Colors are rich, accurate, and prints have been nice and sharp on my previous Pro 9000 Mk II, current Pro-100 and Pro-10 printers. It has just a bit of shimmer to it, but resists fingerprints and also has a nice thickness to it that feels like high quality paper. 13×19 prints are always big and impressive, but if you have software like Lightroom’s Print Module, you can use it to make your own custom layouts, diptych, and triptych images, as well as simply printing multiple smaller size images for print packages. Its a very versatile size of paper, with a lovely fingerprint-resistant finish.
