   It’s yellow as advertised. Perfect if you want yellow. Sorry for the sarcasm but it’s just the ink that works in my very nice Canon printer. (Pixma Pro 100)

   I have tried fake Canon inks but Canon really know how to make a fine product. Don’t try the immitators, get the real thing. You think your saving money, but i have not found knock offs to be as good and or leak proof! Canon does it right.

   Pricey; but, knew that going in. Cheaper than pigment inks, and friendlier to less frequent use (won’t clog lines or print head). Check back in a 100 years, re that advertised longevity.

    See for yourself. Original 16×20 poster scanned on an Epson v600 at 1200dpi. No editing other than scaled to 300dpi and a 4×6 sectional cropped for print. Placed on top of the original print that is 40+ years old. Print is by Paul Detlefsen-1969.

    Many people complain that this ink is pricey–which it is–but it is an excellent product. To a photographer who cares about high quality prints that will outlive the photographer, it is well worth the money.

    CANON SHOULD MAKE A PIXMA PRO-100 A LITTLE LARGER WHICH WOULD EXCEPT A LARGER CARTRIDGE HOLDER WHERE THE INK DOES NOT RUN OUT THAT FAST. EVERY OTHER DAY I’M RUNNING OUT OF INK AND MY COST ARE ADDING UP. THERE ARE SUBSTITUTE CARTRIDGES OUT THERE , HALF THE PRICE SHOULD ITAKE A CHANCE ? TAKE A CHANCE

    I’m happy as long as these cartridges are still available so i can use my Pixma Pro-100. they’re a bit expensive, but i like the printer and the inks that go with it. they never seem to clog and the colors are great.

    Great price for the Ink tank pack. I didn’t want to purchase an off brand name as I love the quality of prints using the Canon ink. Free delivery from B&H couldn’t pass it up

    The ink quality is excellent. One must go through a learning curve to get one’s prints correct, but once they are set, they can be saved in the print dialog for each one. I have printed two 14 month 2018 full bleed 13 x 19 calendars, two-sided and about 20 11 x 14 images of my artwork prints and most of my ink tanks are half full to nearly full. The light gray seems to go the fastest. It is the only one I have had to replace. The printer warns you when you are about to run out of ink. However, I made about six more prints before it said that the ink was exhausted. It did not run out on a print so that it wasted it as some reviewers have complained. The tanks, which are just cartridges, light up red when they are installed correctly, and the red light blinks on the one that is empty. That is a nice feature so that you don’t replace the wrong one accidentally.

    I always go with the Canon ink and it has never let me down. However, as with all ink cartridges, the ink never lasts long enough.
