I love this ink. I think we all wish it would last a little longer and was not so expensive. I think this is one of the top ink jet inks on the market right now. I have printed exclusively with this printer for the last 1.5 years and the only complaint I have is that is doesn’t seem to get as many prints if it sits for a few weeks without use. I think that is a common problem with every ink out there though.

I use a Canon Pro100 for clients and personal projects and while using third party inks may seem appealing, don’t do it! Yes ink from the manufacturer can get expensive but it beats messing up your print heads or getting prints that fade all too quickly. Canon inks in this case are continuous flowing to keep those print heads moisten and not dried up and clogged. Spend the extra money and get the end results your looking for. Finding these Black/Grey only bundles is hard , but checking here at BH I can always count on them having some in stock. Thank you…

I had an Epson for years. It finally quit. I had mega issues with color balance, density et al. I got a Canon Pro-100 as a freebie when I bought my then new 5DMark II. OMG, what a difference. I often get the first print right, or so close there’s only a minor detail to change. I just keep buying Canon inks to feed my printer.

Toner can be more expensive than printer sadly. Yet when you see the output from this Cannon toner, it is all worth. Sometime you just need a high quality images for getting a professional job done.

I like printing pictures. It’s gets a bit pricy, but it’s really satisfying to see the pictures in print.

I only print b&w so these cartridges run down quicker than others. This pack delays me from having to purchase the 8 pack of replacement cartridges. As usual, good experience purchasing from B and H.

I am so happy with my canon pixma pro100 printer ! The quality is awesome and you can’t beat the price! The ink cartridges easy to remove and install. The colors are spot on with my edits! A definite recommendation!

These are a little pricey but last a while. Better to buy genuine than generics!

Works great, looks great, costs too much (Canon’s fault, not B&H – they have a good price, compared to other retailers!).

Buying the 8 pack seems to work, I wish the ink lasted longer. It doesn’t seem to take long before it is gone, I am not a volume user. Its used with the Canon Pro 100. The picture quality is fine, but it uses what I think is a lot of ink.

Packaging for cartridge badly damaged in transit due to poor packing at origin. Good thing they are durable.
Barney Crist (verified owner) –
This is great ink. Bright, colorful, durable. But did it really have to take almost four months for me to get it? Really?
Maxine Bartoletti (verified owner) –
Easy to install. Great color.

Got exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

Canon Pro-100 ink, long lasting

The ink quality is excellent. One must go through a learning curve to get one’s prints correct, but once they are set, they can be saved in the print dialog for each one. I have printed two 14 month 2018 full bleed 13 x 19 calendars, two-sided and about 20 11 x 14 images of my artwork prints and most of my ink tanks are half full to nearly full. The light gray seems to go the fastest. It is the only one I have had to replace. The printer warns you when you are about to run out of ink. However, I made about six more prints before it said that the ink was exhausted. It did not run out on a print so that it wasted it as some reviewers have complained. The tanks, which are just cartridges, light up red when they are installed correctly, and the red light blinks on the one that is empty. That is a nice feature so that you don’t replace the wrong one accidentally.

The cost of the ink refills does not justify the the purchase of the printer. Works out nearly the same to have the prints done at a shop and not have this unsustainable behemoth printer taking up valuable space in the office.
