I make fine art photo prints on my Canon Pro-100 printer using these inks and Canon Pro Luster paper.
Clotilde Mueller (verified owner) –
Just cannot have enough black! And Canon inks are the best for my Canon Pixma Pro 100

I have been printing away for days and finally only ran out of yellow. So far, so good

I use the Canon Pro 100 printer for printing photos

I’m told that these cartridges are identical to the CLI-8 but the computer chips are different. I now have a surplus of cartridges from my old Pro 9000 printer that recently died. I sure wish they were interchangeable ! Cost aside, this is a good product.

Exact same ink and quality of the ink that came when I purchased my printer. No knockoffs. B&H sells the name brand. Good stuff!
Leora Stehr (verified owner) –
These are the safest and easiest inks to use for the Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer.

I have a Canon Pro 100 and these inks really do the business. It’s been years since I have used anything but individual inks, as there is so much waste in a single tank with multiple colours. These Canon inks are fabulous, and there’s little to no fade that I can see. I have prints framed in my home and studio, in sunny places and they look as good as they did when I first hung them. And I like getting them from B&H!

Como no comprarlo si lo ocupo. A diferencia de lo genrico si es mejor el original

I looked at purchasing ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma Pro-100 from other vendors. But went back to B&H. No other vendor makes it so easy and the shipment arrived very quickly.

My last order from B&H contained 8 various CLI 42 cartridges for an upcoming job consisting of 200 5X7 prints. That’s a fairly large investment it ink because Canon inks are expensive. However, I have always use Canon inks in my Canon PRO-100 printer and this last job, once again, proved to me why; 200 prints and the combination of Canon printer, Canon paper, and Canon inks never missed a beat. And I might add, neither does B&H. Been doing business with them for years and I have no complaints.
Jacey Kreiger (verified owner) –
I like printing pictures. It’s gets a bit pricy, but it’s really satisfying to see the pictures in print.
Freda Heller (verified owner) –
I tried using copies with my Canon Pro 100 and it didn’t work out too well. B&H again give me what I need! great inks that last.
Libbie Gulgowski (verified owner) –
I often sell prints that I make on my Pro 100, so I don’t want to risk using generic ink.
Donnie Walsh (verified owner) –
This ink is for the Canon Pro-100 printer and the ink last a long time. Also, I would recommend the Pro-100 printer… the prints look great.
Fanny Wyman (verified owner) –
The Pixma Pro-100 and its ChromaLife100 ink (CLI-42) produce great looking images. I use almost exclusively Canson Infinity fine art papers (mat finish). The detail and color depth and quality are excellent. There are however two draw backs. 1) ink cost. It is definitely not the cheapest printer to operate. These are small cartridges and if you are printing full sized 19×13 prints in any significant volume, you will need to plan on keeping spares on hand. 2) It is a dye-based ink versus the pigment-based ink of its higher end cousins. Dye inks are not truly archival grade inks, like the pigment inks of the Pro-1, Pro-10, and Pro-1000
