I have tried fake Canon inks but Canon really know how to make a fine product. Don’t try the immitators, get the real thing. You think your saving money, but i have not found knock offs to be as good and or leak proof! Canon does it right.

One can never go wrong purchasing Canon OEM ink. Colors are spot on and never have problems with my Canon Pro-100 printer. I find longevity to be better than anticipated. I have some prints of employees on my office bulletin board taken 2+ years ago. They are not under plastic or glass and have yet to show any fade. While they don’t get much exposure from outdoor light, they do get a lot of exposure from fluorescent lights known to cause fading.

The ink is fine. As always with the currently available inkjet printers, i.e. Epson, Canon and HP, you have to buy these proprietary cartridges that only fit a few printers and are outrageously expensive.

I have been using a Canon Pro-100 printer now for over d4 months. Like other printers I have owned before, ink usage is about the same. The addition of the 2 different gray tanks has provided pleasing B&W prints as well as natural shading in my color prints. I have been very satisfied with all the ink tanks, ease of handling and capacity. I recommend use of this product.
