The ink produces professional quality & long-lasting photo prints, ideal for displaying printed works of art. Canon’s proprietary FINE (Full Photolithographic Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology provides sharpness and detail. The individual ink system helps increase efficiency since you’ll only be replacing the color that runs out.

Not much more than a refill and you get a fresh cartridge with ChromaLife100+ ink. Even so going into a PRO-100 I’d rather use the real deal. The print quality, sharpness, color, and colorfastness has been excellent.

So far I love using Canon inks and printers. Previuosly I used Epson printers and inks and i was always having issues with poor print quality and having to always clean heads. There was issues with clogging etc. I switched to Canon 2 years ago and havent had even a single issue like this. The blacks are black. Very predictable results.

I recently purchased the Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer from B&H. I like to keep a spare set of cartridges on hand to ensure that I’m not caught short. I have found the Canon Pro printers, using these inks, to produce outstanding color prints. I have even been able to make prints of images that have extreme colors in them. So far, the prints I have hanging on my wall have held their color well. Most of those prints are 15 years old or more.

I love this kit. You get all 8 tanks in one box and it saves quite a bit over purchasing each separately. Color accuracy is great as well if you use the Print Studio Pro software to create your prints. Creates great black and white prints as well.

Very easy replacement; when the printer is opened, the ink moves into access position (unlike Epson, where you also have to press a button). It also lights up the cartridges with ink, making the empty easy to find. – Since I sometimes print b&w documents, it looks like K & LG are consumed slightly faster than other colors. I will probably buy 8-color replacements several more times than just K & G & LG. That’s a savings.
