Consistently good quality, though a tad pricey.

Works as intended.

After going through many LUCIA PGI-72 ink tanks from Canon, I’ve found them to be quite reliable and true to color. The only things keeping this product from a 5-star rating are cost and somewhat frequent need of replacement.
Alize Tillman (verified owner) –
With the great B&H prices and service on Canon inks, I would never consider a generic brand.
Shanny Doyle (verified owner) –
Works fine, just wish the tanks hold more so I don’t have to change tanks as often. But quality is just right.
Evalyn Murazik (verified owner) –
I can always count on B&H selling quality products at great prices!

Great color results

It is hard to review something when there is no other choice. This is what you get when you need Canon LUCIA PGI-72 Chroma Optimizer. I will say Canon is providing a high quality product. I have gone through many of these and many of the rest of the Lucia in cartridges and they have never failed – except for running out, which is to be expected. Canon’s printer software tells you when they’re running low (nice) and tells you when there may be an outage (also nice).

The PRO 10 produces great photos but buying a 10 pack of cartridges means that when you have used the printer long enough to go through 10 boxes of cartridges you will have at least 5 or 6 of one of the blacks, 5 or 6 of the red, 3 or 4 of the magenta, and 2 or 3 of the blue left over. You will also have bought at least 4 or 5 of the grey and 4 or 5 of the chrome coating in single packs to be able to continue to print. This is not a problem that is just mine every photographer that has a Pro 10 loves the printer but hates the uneven cartridge use.
