Got for my new Canon Pixma Pro 10. Can’t believe how vibrant this ink is.

i buy the canon lucia ink because i have a canon printer…i think its very expensive and it doesn’t go far but it is a good product and sometimes you have to bite the bullet

Excellent ink never had any problem

Works as intended.

expensive but works well. ordering and arrival was perfect. would consider buying 3rd party ink for lower price.
Amber Rath (verified owner) –
Works fine, just wish the tanks hold more so I don’t have to change tanks as often. But quality is just right.

The ink you use for Pixma pro-10

I use this ink as recommended by Canon for my Pixma-Pro 10 printer with excellent results. I am able to take advantage of large color gamuts on fine art papers and would only change inks when I am forced to change printers. I hope this ink is available for a long time. The picture shown here exactly matches the print!

The Lucia PGI inks are very consistent. A bit pricey, but quite reliable.

Canon LUCIA PGI-72 ink cartridges are the best for the Canon Pixma Pro 10 printer. I’ve always used them; I don’t print many photographs at a time, which means I spend a lot of ink cleaning ink paths in the automatic startup sequence. I have never had a problem with doing this and I like the quality of the inks in appearance and endurance. B&H prices are a match to Amazon at this time but I love the service and support I get from B&H.

I love my Canon printer for it’s color and reliability. These inks produce vidid colors and nice dynamic range. Canon recommends replacing them 6 months after opening them, even if there’s still ink left. I remember from when I worked at HP years ago that you have to be careful matching brands of ink and paper, as they are designed and tested as a system. Mixing can produce weak color, but worse, poor light fade resistance. For this reason, I only use Canon paper and ink. One word of caution: if you are replacing more than one ink cartridge at a time, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT CARTRIDGE IN THE RIGHT SLOT! These cartridges have little pads in the bottom that transfer ink to the print mechanism. The ink head is NOT part of the cartridge. If you get it wrong, you’ll get a bad mixing of inks. I’m not sure how you would fix this….I almost mixed them up a week ago.

It cleaned the print heads so well. To bad I spent the money before realizing the print head had died.

I always buy this package and then add the photo black, chroma optimizer, and grey individual ink cartridges. It is just easier to get this package so that you have the full compliment of ink cartridges when you need them. Canon ink is always consistent in color and luminance. After many years of using Canon ink, I have yet to have a problem.

it’s perfect for me

I find it a great value to have a printer that takes separate ink cartridges for almost every main color. These cartridges are not expensive and the color itself is great.
Burnice Kemmer (verified owner) –
Reliable, consistent quality; a bit pricey.
Alda McClure (verified owner) –
All manufacturer’s ink cartridges are too expensive. Including this one

I stick with Canon ink for my Pixma Pro10 printer! Good price compared to other places even though ink is still grossly overpriced! Thank you for the fast delivery B&H.
