These 10 canon color tanks are used in the pixma 10 pro printer. They provide great realistic color for all my printing. While the tanks are a little pricy, the color you get is worth it, and by buying it in the ten pack, there is savings.

Don’t get me wrong, the product is good but when I opened my box I thought that I had the complete set of inks but no, instead I got two inks wrong. I got two MBK, no PBK and I have no MAGENTA and the PC ink I got is not PGI-72 it’s PGI-9. So I’m very disappointed with that, I can’t print right now because I don’t have the complete set.

While others try to get me to use substitutes, I believe in genuine Canon ink with my Canon Pixma Pro-10. I have not been disappointed in the least. I own good cameras and pay for lots of classes online, so why would I want to skimp on the printing process?

The primary reason I purchased my Canon Pixma Pro 10 printer was to be in control of my printed images’ quality and attributes. This printer combined with Canon PGI-72 inks have given me the consistent results I desire. I’m not sure if there are substitutes or third-party options, but I’ve been sufficiently pleased with my prints that I have no incentive to try to save a few dollars and potentially jeopardize the results. The Value Pack is a good choice to save a few dollars over buying individual tanks. B&H is my go-to source for original ink that is always in stock, ships quickly, and is offered at a fair price.

These inks from Canon work well and have never failed. However, you need to keep buying a steady stream of them because the Canon printers use a lot of ink for nothing.

I tried specialized after-market colors and nothing does as well as the Canon ink. I tried Precision Colors and they were very good but just not as good as Canon original.
