   I tried a premium non-oem ink that was very close but the blues and greens just are not as good as Canon’s own ink. I calibrate my monitor but not the printer and the fidelity I get between the print and monitor is excellent. Cost is the only negative. I miss my dirt-cheap ink but I love the confidence I feel using the Canon brand ink.

   No issues with this ink used in my Canon Pixma Pro 10 printer. Unsure if third party inks are available, but I will stick with Canon brand replacement ink cartridges.

    Just started using the Lucia inks with a new pro 10, and other than my own goofs in proofing the inks are great.I’ve printed about 25×10’s 8 13×19 and enjoying the Printer and the ink quality.

    Factory Ink from Canon. These inks had me confused for 2 reasons, it is called Pixma, I have a Pro-10 which doesn’t have “Pixma” written anywhere on the machine – although there are “Pixma” models that aren’t Pro-10. Also, the ink packaging says “Lucia” which confused me at first, I wasn’t sure if that was by Canon. I called Canon who confirmed both my questions. You might as well buy them as a Value Pack, you will need them all at one time or another and it’s cheaper to buy the whole set then to buy them one at a time. And, when you are printing something like I was and get the out of ink message and have to wait a few days until your ink is delivered. By the way, B&H has great purchase to delivery time. It was shipped the same afternoon I ordered it and was delivered the next day to Westchester from NYC.

    i buy the canon lucia ink because i have a canon printer…i think its very expensive and it doesn’t go far but it is a good product and sometimes you have to bite the bullet

    These 10 canon color tanks are used in the pixma 10 pro printer. They provide great realistic color for all my printing. While the tanks are a little pricy, the color you get is worth it, and by buying it in the ten pack, there is savings.

    I have been using pigment ink for nearly 3 yrs and no problem with the ink yet. I like the fact pigment ink has a reduced gloss compared to dye based inks.
