It is hard to review something when there is no other choice. This is what you get when you need Canon LUCIA PGI-72 Chroma Optimizer. I will say Canon is providing a high quality product. I have gone through many of these and many of the rest of the Lucia in cartridges and they have never failed – except for running out, which is to be expected. Canon’s printer software tells you when they’re running low (nice) and tells you when there may be an outage (also nice).

Experience has shown me that the Canon LUCIA PGI-72 inks are the best when printing in my Canon PRO-10. Large prints or small, Ive never had a problem with these inks! Save yourself some grief – go with these excellent inks! As usual, thanks again to B&H for their continually excellent service!!

His was quite possibly the worst purchase I have made from b and h…the ink I purchased was not what was in the box. Sadly…I did not check the cartridges before I placed them in the printer. 6 of the 10 cartridges were marked with EU and had a big X through what appeared to be a trash can. When i went to print the only colors that printed were the ones that should have been in the box. Clearly a Canon issue but I bought it through b and h so thy get some of the bad review…You best check the product before you put it in the printer

I have used third party inks that were excellent but nothing is as good as Canon’s oem ink. The blues were definitely mobetta using the Canon ink compared to the third party stuff.

I made a mistake when I bought my first order on ink for my Pro-10 through Amazon. Not sure who I bought it from but it was junk. It was Canon ink. I contacted Canon asking why my printer suddenly was printing horrible pictures. Long story short the conclusion was the ink. Canon stated to buy from a reputable suppler. I went to B&H and I have not had this problem since.

Cannot find fault with the product except for the amount of packaging it has. Today every business should find ways to reduce the amount of cardboard and plastic that is used. And, of course, the price is much too high!

The primary reason I purchased my Canon Pixma Pro 10 printer was to be in control of my printed images’ quality and attributes. This printer combined with Canon PGI-72 inks have given me the consistent results I desire. I’m not sure if there are substitutes or third-party options, but I’ve been sufficiently pleased with my prints that I have no incentive to try to save a few dollars and potentially jeopardize the results. The Value Pack is a good choice to save a few dollars over buying individual tanks. B&H is my go-to source for original ink that is always in stock, ships quickly, and is offered at a fair price.
