   I use this ink as recommended by Canon for my Pixma-Pro 10 printer with excellent results. I am able to take advantage of large color gamuts on fine art papers and would only change inks when I am forced to change printers. I hope this ink is available for a long time. The picture shown here exactly matches the print!

   the only problem is size/price of tanks for the pro-10 uses. There just aren’t enough photos per tank and I’d swear that ink is more expensive then gold. Love the printer, love the colors, but the printer companies seem to be subsidizing their companies, or maximizing their profits, with captive customers. Once you buy a printer you have to buy the inks. B+H is awesome. They replayed faulty cartridge for nothing.

   I made a mistake when I bought my first order on ink for my Pro-10 through Amazon. Not sure who I bought it from but it was junk. It was Canon ink. I contacted Canon asking why my printer suddenly was printing horrible pictures. Long story short the conclusion was the ink. Canon stated to buy from a reputable suppler. I went to B&H and I have not had this problem since.

   I tried a premium non-oem ink that was very close but the blues and greens just are not as good as Canon’s own ink. I calibrate my monitor but not the printer and the fidelity I get between the print and monitor is excellent. Cost is the only negative. I miss my dirt-cheap ink but I love the confidence I feel using the Canon brand ink.

    Using B&H to purchase Canon ink tanks is the best way to go, especially with their credit card (no tax). My only wish is that the tanks held more ink.

    There are many reasons I shop at B&H, but the leading reason is that I can find items in stock that I can’t find otherwise. This Canon 10-color ink pack is prime example. I shopped at the Canon site along with B&H. Canon was sold out but B&H had this in stock. This is important for something like ink. When a big job appears, all of a sudden you need to make a bunch of prints. If you try to stock too much ink in advance you run the risk of it going dry. For many items you can bide your time until your item comes back into stock, but something like ink needs to be available just in time. Thank you B&H!
