The Capri Tools Hex Key Wrench Set is constructed of premium S2 steel, a steel used only for premium hand tools for its shock-resistant and tough properties, outperforming Chrome Vanadium and lesser alloy steels, and therefore our hex key wrenches maintain their shape with heavy use. Each hex key wrench features a hex end and a ballpoint end. Hex end features chamfered edges for easy insertion onto fasteners. Ballpoint end can enter a fastener at up to a 25° angle, reaching hard-to-reach areas. Our flexible single piece storage case opens flat so you can easily access your wrenches, and it folds and latches securely for easy carry and storage. The wrenches are finished with corrosion resistant smooth black oxide.

The Capri Long arm steel ball point hex key set 9 pieces is priced right at less than $17.00.I was impressed immediately with the case that holds all hex wrenches securely. You just slide the red corner up and the wrench set opens. (see photos )This is a big feature since most Hex wrenches cases tear, break apart and the user loses some of the keys.The long arm wrenches end allows the user to get a good grip or to apply more torque or pressure if needed. I used them on two jobs the next day at work and the wrenches worked great. The ball head allows the user to access a socket or set screw without being directly aligned or offset. This prevents damage to the wrench or socket screw when used in limited space.

I was very happy to find these. Most value hex wrench sets are rather flimsy, soft and tend to flex a lot. This set is heavy duty. S2 steel is the reason. Not only are they well build and designed, they come with a carrying case that is very convenient to use…….. The ball point end of course gives you the freedom needed in those areas where you can’t get a direct line on the fastener… Sizing/fitment is good on all key wrenches… A great tool set!

This hex key set is handy and helps keep wrenches organized. I’ve used similar sets for years but these are made of S2 steel which is stronger than standard wrench sets and hold up well under pressure. They are also very wear resistant. I’ve used S2 steel in forming dies for years because it is wear resistant and shock proof. Using this type of steel in hex key sets makes sense.

These steel SAE long arm ballpoint end Hex Key wrenches are a welcome addition to my tool box. The extra length and ballpoint end feature is great for reaching into confined spaces and the 25 degree point allows you to work around protruding objects. Another feature is the wrap around lockable wallet that it comes with. This wallet allows you to keep the wrenches in proper sequence and securely locked.

The capri SAE hex key wrench set are a basic, well made and simple set of tools that every homeowner should have. These are worth the price. They come in a very handy rubber case that allows you to keep these organized. The set includes 9 sizes (1/16″ through 3/8″). I have used these several times and have not stripped any of them. The ball point feature comes in very handy when needing to tight things at an angle.
