They are durable and specifically made to withstand high torque from power tools. Each item is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Meets and exceeds ASME B107.110 standards. Capri Tools have really raised the bar for affordable tools. The price and quality of these sockets impressed all my co workers. I believe that with proper maintenance and respect to these tools that they will survive and excell in a professional work place for many years with no problems.

Good quality for the money and comes in well a organized case. Was going to take sockets out and place on rails but they are so tightly spaced that doing such would gain little if any space in tool cabinet. Limited use so far but worked well and had no fitment issues on nuts. Should last the average home mechanic a lifetime if oiled every few years. However suspect black oxide finish and gold markings will wear off over time.

This socket set has all the sizes you’d need for a working shop or a DYIer. Plus extensions and wobbly joint are also in the kit. You won’t need to buy anything else. All pieces are heavy duty and are Chrome-Moly instead of the more brittle Vanadium. Each socket has the laser etching AND stamped sizes. Even the case is a keeper. Your sockets/extensions will stay in their assigned slots and not wander. The case even has metal hinge pins for durability. Only been 1 month but I am pleased to own this kit so far.
