Exactly the same as the Irwin Strippers. Same manufacturer. The only difference is the color and shape of the handles. These strippers will save you a couple of dollars over the Irwin brand. Both are great wire strippers

I’ve tried self-adjusting strippers before and have never been satisfied, until I bought these. They work perfectly and last me a couple of years — which is saying a lot, considering how I might strip 250+ wires/day. I will definitely purchase them again when I wear out my current pair.

A nice tool to have in the bag! This is a great compliment to anyone’s tool collection. It is a little heavier than just a standard stripper, but can also cut and crimp all sizes of wire. I really do like the self adjusting feature. It saves guessing the gauge and size and then placing in the proper hole on my old stripper. Not sure if this would appeal to the pros but it’s perfect for the weekend warrior.

Bottom Line:I would buy this tool again, it saved me lots striping wire time. General:This tool allows you to strip wire in a couple of seconds. Very useful tool if you are working on a large projects where there have to be several connections made. Material/Construction: Although I wouldn’t consider this wire striper to be a high end product, the tool seems to be well made. The tool itself is made out of different kinds of metals, while the handle is made out of plastic with a rubber insert on the sides for comfort. Functionality: It works very well. It will do wires that are 10-24 gauge. I successfully used it with 14, 16, and 20 gauge wire. The cuts on the insulation are fairly clean. There is a moving piece within the tool that allows you to size the cut. I found this very useful if you want to strip all your wires to the same length. The tool also includes a wire cutter and terminal crimper for different sizes. The crimping side is useful, but I wouldn’t use it for a large project. Easiness of use:Very simple tool to use.

This wire stripper is a very nice tool.I only wish I had one when I installed a remote start system in my truck. The wiring would have been a piece of cake. Anyway, my future wiring jobs will be a breeze with this tool. I really love it.The best part is not having to guess if I selected the correct wire size when stripping the insulation from the wires.
