Punching Hole in 0.020 aluminum and works great! If I had bought this a year ago I would not have torn up so many holes in thin aluminum.

Smooth operation. Punches clean-edged holes (only tried on .016″ thick). Also punches through ABS plastic enclosures (2mm thick) with only slight raised edges on hole. Changing hole size punch/die requires removal of a thumb screw, so takes about a minute. If you punch a lot, I might suggest one tool for each of your frequently used sizes.

This tool is a perfect alternative to drilling sheet metal; it’s fast and clean, no metal chips to clean up, just one knock out slug. The perfect punch leaves a clean hole with no rough edges; a great time saver. It is very easy to use and change hole sizes; everything is stored in a durable organized case which includes a handy tool for bit changes.I would recommend this to anyone with a need for better quality work.Thank you
