The Catskill cutting board is large and heavy. It’s big enough to span the openings in our sink which is exactly what we were looking for. It works great for cutting up watermelon since it’s big enough to avoid falling into the sink while you are cutting. It’s also very sturdy with almost 1 and 1/4 inches thickness.
