I bought this cutting board a year ago. I wanted to wait with reviewing it until I have used it for a long time. I highly recommend it. It is very strong and sturdy. It is such a good investment for my kitchen I use it on a daily basis. I followed all the instructions for it; I oiled it generously before first use. And after each use I wipe it with lightly soaped cloth and water. You should not wash it under running water.
