Designed for the outdoors, the Celestron Elements FireCel MEGA 6 is a 3-in-1 multi-purpose tool that combines a 6000mAh lithium-ion battery, a 4-mode LED flashlight, and a hand warmer. The battery is able to charge most smartphones, tablets, sport cameras, MP3 players, and other USB-powered devices using its single 2.1A / 5.0V USB Type-A port. When the battery is drained, it can be recharged in as little as four hours using the 1.8A mini-USB input. When fully charged, the hand warming function can provide up to eight hours of heat at temperatures up to 114°F. Using its Power Curve design, the FireCel MEGA 6 may be used comfortably whether in your hands or your pocket, and contact points for the heat transfer are maximized.
The integrated flashlight features both red and white LEDs, and available modes include red light only, white light only, white and red, and white and red flashing for SOS. The red LEDs are well suited for stargazing or situations where you need to preserve your night vision, while the white LEDs are better suited for situations where a bright light is needed.
Included with the Elements FireCel MEGA 6 is a 4" 550 paracord strap with a carabiner, a soft carry bag, and a USB charging cable. Protection is provided by a limited two-year warranty that is valid from the original date of purchase, with the purchase receipt needed for validation.

Well made, charged up well. Flashlight modes are useful. One reason I purchased it was for the red light for working outside at astral photography. Charges my cell phone AOK. However, I tried connecting it to my Star Adventuruer to power it up and it shut off after 20 seconds or so. Would not keep the unit running. Tried a second unit I purchased separately and it did the same thing. So not sure if it is not designed as a power source or just as a charger? Is there a difference? Regardless it works for the most part and I’m happy with it.
