I returned the Milwaukee set and got these on CLEARANCE at my local Homedepot. These are half the price and twice as good. they are made in USA machined well, tight joints and tolerances, and feel great in your had. The Milwaukee’s felt like you were holding a brick. Would have like to see a Linesman’s pliers in the set…

I was talked into buying these by the reviews online and the claims that USA-made meant quality.The finish is poor; there are rough spots, burrs and puddled coating on all of the tools, much of which I had to file out, for example, in order for the groove-joint pliers to work on some grooves, which will presumably become an entry point for corrosion.The cross-hatching on the needlenose does not grip metal well, and I don’t like the anvil-style cutters, which slip when cutting slippery material, or the handles, either the uncomfortable or the thin, dipped handles.I suppose they are OK for the price, but I was expecting better.
