I have a large electric warming tray that I use when entertaining or have meals with a number of separate hot items. But I wanted something smaller that I could use when I only had one plate or dish that I wanted to keep warm. This Warming Plate is PERFECT! I put it in the microwave for two minutes and it stays warm for a good half hour. I’ll put a single plate on it while I’m finishing the meal preparation and it keeps it warm without burning. The bottom of the warming plate remains warm, but not hot. I’m considering buying a second one.
