I got this pan about 2 weeks ago and have been using it ever since. I have made sausage, eggs, hotdogs, fried rice, quesadillas etc and this pan has been perfect for each. It’s nice and heavy so if you nudge it it’s not budging. It’s deep enough that you can possibly do a melding of pasta and sauce. The coating on it makes for very easy clean up. This will be my go to pan. I can’t recommend it enough. I didn’t know what a French skillet was before but I know now and I’m loving it.

This is one tough and sturdy pan! I love how well it can cook up fried eggs and pancakes in the morning while preparing cheesesteaks and fried chicken at night.The size is perfect for one or two people and I don’t feel that it’s too short or too large to make a dish for one. The pan heats up evenly giving me an even cooked dish every time. This is especially good for pancakes. The handle doesn’t get hot and feels hot after a long time on the stove top while cooking. I totally love the design, the way I can cook anything I like and it doesn’t stick or have any nonstick coating that can fall off into the dish. Plus, the handle so strong and easy to lift with a comforting grip. The weight is easy to detect once lifting, but not so heavy to move around. It’s just a perfect product, very top quality when it comes to material made to create and the way it functions when cooking up a feast! This is a really nice product and I am so glad to have it, as it’s my everyday little secret that makes my dishes come out perfect every time!

Since I’ve been using this Circulon pan, I’ve let my other pans collect dust! This product has a great weight balance while using it, which leads to ease and enjoyment while I’m cooking. I only use this pan up to the medium setting on my stove and so far has cooked everything perfectly without a lot of added oils. Absolutely nothing sticks to this pan! I’ve cooked stir fries to scrambles and don’t have to worry about scraping the food off the bottom because it slides off effortlessly. The nonstick surface makes washing a breeze. This 11.5 inch size is perfect for cooking a large meal for two. I’m already planning on buying more pieces because my regular stainless pans are no match for it! I highly recommend any of the momentum series pans because they just make meals easier!

I was excited to get this pan, I couldn’t wait to use it! This pan is sturdy and very well made, it is a high quality skillet. It is easy to clean and absolutely nothing sticks to it. I love everything about this skillet! My food is cooked more evenly in it and the food even tastes better! It does an amazing job distributing the heat evenly throughout the pan for flawless meals! It can even be used in the oven up to 400°F. It has raised circles on it to make it easier for everything to slide out for fast and easy clean up. I usually dread having to wash my pans but this one is so easy I don’t mind cleaning it right after using it. I’m not the best cook but with this skillet it’s really hard for me to mess up any meals cooked in it. It’s a high quality skillet that is very well made, it is heavier so I don’t have to worry about it tipping over if I set a utensil or spatula on the rim of it. After using this skillet I went out and bought an entire set of Circulon pans, they are better than my high priced set!

I am really enjoying this pan. I like how it is non stick, and very easy to clean. Not only by hand, but the fact it is dishwasher safe is great. The handle is nice and thick, I like the rubber covering part of the handle so as not to burn yourself. After draining the grease from my hamburger, the pan was very easy to wipe the excess grease out. This is by far my favorite pan now. Very good quality.

Circulon Momentum Stainless Steel Nonstick French Skillet, 11.5-Inch is much better than the skillet that I have been using. My old skillet is warped and bowed from use with some nicks in the Teflon coating this Circulon has been only used for about a month but the base is much heavier duty which should negate the bowing from use. I would buy more of the Circulon set when the need arises for a new pan or pot. So far in using the skillet it heats evenly tested using flour on the surface to see if there were any hot spots Eggs glide effortlessly on the surface Was able to get a decent sear on a steak, not the same as a cast iron pan not enough thermal mass Skillet is very easy to clean some slight discoloration on the outside
