Recently I tossed two well known brand skillets. One because it warped so badly that it would not heat evenly on my glass burners and the other because so much of the the non-stick coating wore off that it became impossible to clean. I have had a 12-inch Circulon skillet for several years, and it is still like new. So when I decided to replace the old ones, I ordered Circulon again. This 11-inch skillet works well for smaller meals, and it’s lower height makes it really easy to flip fried eggs. Cooking and cleanup are much easier with Circulon! You can’t go wrong with this one.
