Pros: Non Stick Metal Utensil Friendly Oven Friendly Even Heat Distribution Attractive Cons: Hand Wash Only This is a great piece of cookware! I don’t think I have to state the ease of cooking casseroles or anything that needs to be finished in the oven, without having to transfer into another dish. The versatility of this skillet really sets it apart. I have other similarly sized skillets ,and this one is now my go to. I regularly make dishes that need a larger skillet, and I have found myself using this one the most. Even though I have to hand wash this skillet, I find that I will make the extra effort to use this skillet. When we have busy nights, I find that this skillet helps me cook more effectively.

This pan is really lightweight and nothing sticks to it at all! I have made pasta, rice, dumplings, stir fry etc. and everything has turned out perfectly. The only downfall for me is it is hand wash only. It is easy to do since nothing is stuck on but I still don’t like the extra step during cleanup.

I have heard of the brand circular previously but this is the first product I have tried. I love it so much! It is deep and really is nonstick! So many other skillets claim to be non stick but food sticks anyway. The ridges in the bottom are amazing and do their job of non stick. The skillet heats evenly and is great. It has some weight to it which means quality. The handle does not get hot when cooking and is very sturdy. However, the handle of the lid does get hot so be careful! This skillet is so easy to clean and is so much better than any of the skillets I have purchased in the past. I will absolutely purchase this brand in the future and recommend others do too!

Love this pan. It is very sturdy and heavy, but not too heavy. It is very substantial and I love the feel of it in my hands. The handle is nice to hold and feels secure. It is quite deep and can hold a lot of food/liquid. It is my go to pan for sautéing and making just about anything that will fit. It is truly non stick and cleans like a breeze. I have been raising kids for two decades now. That means cooking three times a day plus entertaining. Also let’s face it I am not easy on my pots. In trying to find the best I have gone through so many. However, this pot fits into my wow range. It is nice and deep – perfect for my chinese pepper steak and yet it could handle eggs and in a pinch I can boil my pasta. the long handle allows me to move it as I need to to get that perfect cook. I love the clear lid so that I can watch my food without ruining it. I love non stick as I can use less fatty oils to get the same result. To tell the truth this pot was a gift to me and the day I received it was the worst on record. My son had a small operation and I needed iv fluids as I hit dehydration from overdoing it. Too much supermom. And then I came home to this pot!!! and let me tell you circulon is my favorite pot making company. I know that whatever I buy from them is quality. So as I said – I highly recommend this pot.
