Love this pan. It is very sturdy and heavy, but not too heavy. It is very substantial and I love the feel of it in my hands. The handle is nice to hold and feels secure. It is quite deep and can hold a lot of food/liquid. It is my go to pan for sautéing and making just about anything that will fit. It is truly non stick and cleans like a breeze. This is by far my favorite pan.

Not only is it durable but it cooks food so evenly and very quick. The color is a light shade of gray which I love and it comes with a heavy lid just in case you are needing something to simmer. It cleans up nicely without having to worry about food being stuck on it and it take you hours to clean one pan. I would definitely buy this and recommend to all my friends and family on how amazing this skillet is. I cook a lot and this is definitely my go to pan on most everything I cook. I have heard of the brand circular previously but this is the first product I have tried. I love it so much! It is deep and really is nonstick! So many other skillets claim to be non stick but food sticks anyway. The ridges in the bottom are amazing and do their job of non stick. The skillet heats evenly and is great. It has some weight to it which means quality. The handle does not get hot when cooking and is very sturdy. However, the handle of the lid does get hot so be careful! This skillet is so easy to clean and is so much better than any of the skillets I have purchased in the past. I will absolutely purchase this brand in the future and recommend others do too!

I love this skillet! I love how it evenly distributes the heat throughout the skillet! I made the best Chicken Parm in this skillet. I can actually taste the difference in the food. It is a very well made, and heavy skillet. I have always been a huge fan of Circulon, but I am definitely impressed with their cookware. The only thing I do not like is, it is not dishwasher safe.

Pros: Non Stick Metal Utensil Friendly Oven Friendly Even Heat Distribution Attractive Cons: Hand Wash Only This is a great piece of cookware! I don’t think I have to state the ease of cooking casseroles or anything that needs to be finished in the oven, without having to transfer into another dish. The versatility of this skillet really sets it apart. I have other similarly sized skillets ,and this one is now my go to. I regularly make dishes that need a larger skillet, and I have found myself using this one the most. Even though I have to hand wash this skillet, I find that I will make the extra effort to use this skillet. When we have busy nights, I find that this skillet helps me cook more effectively.

This beautiful skillet truly is nonstick! I have used less oil ..no oil for many dishes when cooking and cleanup is easy. The skillet is not heavy like other nice skillets.
