When I first received my Circulon Symmetry Stir Fry pan in the mail I was in awe it was so beautiful; The chocolate color was a good pick! I couldn’t wait to cook in my new pan and ended up cooking Mongolian beef for dinner. I intentionally tried to test the pan by turning up the heat all the way. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the heat disbursed and did not scald or burn my beef. The big test was the sauce because as most of us know those Asian sauces get sticky and thick and are likely to burn and stick to the pan 100% of the time. The stir fry wok worked amazing and I finished dinner easily. The only other thing I could think to test was to let it sit in the sink and see if it was hard to clean. After finishing dinner I went to wash the pan with dish detergent and the soft side of the sponge; the pan came clean so easily! I really love this pan so much and can not wait to use it again! If you buy it you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love using this stir fry pan!Its very large and very deep which is great when I cook for my large family.It can definitely hold a lot of ingredients at once!I have used this many times so far,probably more than my other pans,and it still looks pretty much the same as the day I got it.The quality is brilliant and the color is great too.It is a bit heavy weight so its not made cheap whatsoever.Also the cooking is consistant,whatever I am cooking comes out just as I want it to on my electric range.

I am blown away by this product. I have tried plenty of nonstick pots and pans but this one is by far top of the line. I’ve found with others I still have things that would stick to them and clean up took some scrubbing but not with this, hot water and soap lifted any food off and it was back to spotless in seconds. The convenience of making a large meal or stir fry can’t be beat for me. I have saved time cooking with this because it holds so much. The handle is coated which is one of my favorites things about this. Previous pots and pans have burnt me because the handle has been warm. This pan is very heavy so it does take a little getting used to but it is sturdy and well made. All in all I haven’t had a more pleasant cooking experience until using this. I’ve saved time cooking and cleaning. The price for the pan in my opinion is worth every dime. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to cook stir fry or larger meals. It is dishwasher safe but given the size it is harder to put in the dishwasher so I chose to hand wash and that doesn’t bother me at all because it is spotless in a matter of seconds. Non stick pans really do exist and Circulon proves it. Top quality at an amazing price. I will be buying more from this brand.

I absolutely loved the Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard Anodized Nonstick Stir Fry with helper handle upon unboxing. It’s beautiful, not too heavy, and very well put together. Others that I’ve used felt weak, I was scared to pick it up because the handles weren’t on well, and it was said to be nonstick but everything I cooked in them stuck to the sides & bottom after the first use. With the Circulon, my food cooked beautifully! Make sure to use the right utensils so that you don’t scrape this beauty. I had no fears of cooking, flipping, frying, or lifting. Everyone in the home loved everything about it. The kids even said the food tastes much better than when I used other fryers! I received this product for free in return for an honest opinion. I like how this Stir Fry pan worked it cook my food evenly and it held allot of food in it. I had chicken and vegetables and noodles all in one pan. It is nice and heavy and made very well and I nice grip to the handle so makes for easy holding. It is dishwasher safe and came out clean. It is oven safe up till 400 degree. You can use metal utensils But not sharp ones like forks and knifes. I would recommend this stir fry pan for anyone who loves to cooks stir fry.

I used it for a vegetable stir fry and it worked great. Nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan. It seemed to heat pretty evenly too. The helper handle made it easy to dump the food out of the pan before serving. The pan was a breeze to clean the remaining sauce and tiny vegetables scraps just wiped right out. I am able to use this for everything from scrambled eggs to baked spaghetti. I love the fact I can use it in the oven and it is do easy to clean. The helper handle comes in handy especially for my large meals when my pan is heavy. I would definitley recommend to others, especially family use. You can make a whole meal in one pan. I experimented cornbread and it turned out amazing. The directions to keep the pan non stick is easy to follow and this pan can last for years and years without having to be replaced. This is the best pan I have ever owned. I have purchased other stir fry pans, and they don’t even compare to the Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard-Anodized Nonstick 14-Inch Stir Fry pan. This is seriously a godsend! This is so easy to cook with, and I feel like I purposely cook more stir fry’s because how easy this is to use and how well the food comes out. I have also used this pan for other things other than stir fry. Like eggs, and bacon.
