I set this up on ATT Fiber and it was fairly easy. Just turn on ip passthrough on the ATT modem and reset the vlan subnet to one that does not overlap the ATT subnet. The only issue was that the vlan settings tab on the cisco router has bit of a bug in it and its not apparent how to save it or if it is saved. Other than that it went off without a hitch.
