I ordered two of the infusion pitchers. They arrived packaged securely in individual boxes. We are ice tea drinkers and this pitcher is great for making refrigerator tea. At night place the tea bags in the infusion cylinder, add water and in a hour or so place in the refrigerator. The next day, replace tea bags with sliced fruit or berries to flavor the tea. We love it. The size is perfect for servering guest large glasses of iced tea or any beverage. The design enables this pitcher to be used with fine China dishes, casual dinner ware or paper plates.
