We’ve always had a pressure cooker that we used for everything from making Pea soup to canning our summer tomato’s This one is so much safer and easier to use with the included recipes (on the company’s website) That almost any DIYer, Male or female could make a whole meal that is moist tender and delicious.I tried a beef brisket for my first shot, read the recipe, throw all the ingredients in the pot, set the proper buttons and come back in an hour…. And I had the most juicy tender moist brisket i’ve tasted in quite a while This is almost as easy as making cement… I’m sure the more I use and get used to this it will get even easier but this is a great item for beginners to learn on or for a seasoned chef

This stainless steel Classic Cuisine Pressure Cooker is quality-made and fantastic once you figure out how to use it. I have never had a pressure cooker before and it was very frustrating that a cookbook was not included! I searched for hours for a recipe site for this type of pressure cooker to no avail. Since instant pots are all the rage now almost every site was devoted to instant pot recipes. The Classic Cuisine is very similar to the instant pot type with the pre-set options, but, they are not the same pre-sets! Several recipes call for using the Saute pre-set first which the Classic Cuisine does not have. I gave up trying to figure out how to “saute” in this pressure cooker and browned my meat on the stovetop first – not a big deal. Converting the recipes was challenging but worth the effort with incredible results for a pot roast w/vegetables! The non-stick finish on the inner removable pot was a breeze to clean as well. This 4-in-one Pressure Cooker/Slow Cooker/Steamer/Rice Cooker is definitely a time saver and with practice it will soon become a staple in my kitchen.

This Review is for a 4-in1 Pressure Cooker By Trademark (Classic Cusine)First i am going to get what i did not like and then on with it. You get a brand new small appliance you want very good instructions on how to operate that appliance, and Recipes included for that intended appliance, not recipes online for other MFG small appliances. You then have to figure out how to adjust modes and time for you specific product. The Mfg could have at least provided some basic recipes for this item, with different foods, and the basic time allowed for that mode. Some People do not have time to go online and have to look for recipes for their new Pressure Cooker. That aside, i absolutely love this pressure cooker, and all the Built In Safety Features it has for your protection. Such as Lid Safety DevicePressure and Temperature Sensor ControlsBack Up Safety Release ValveClog Resistant FeaturesA Spring Loaded Safety Pressure ReleaseAnd Temperature Cut Off Device For Your Protection. The Added Bonuses Was a nice feature and i use them. The Different Modes are Soup/Stock Fish/Vegetable/Seafood Chicken, Braising, Stew/Chili Slow Cook, Rice, Multigrain, Steam, Potatoes, in a stainless and black 6 qt pot. A good variety of cooking modes that you can use them alone, or in combination with each other this pressure cooker also has adjustable settings. One of the reasons one would want a fantastic Pressure Cooker like this Classic Cusine is because cooking saves you not only time and energy, but the food actually taste better when it has been pressure cooked, it seems to retain flavor and juices better. This Classic Cusine Pressure Cooker does not have a Start/Go Button, keep that in mind. It is 15in x 15 in x 12.5 in. To Release Pressure on this Cooker, remove the Pressure Valve and then pull up valve and release from it’s lock position. Pretty easy. Some of the Safety Features i appreciate on this Classic Cusine Pressure Cooker are the Pressure and Temp Sensor Controls, Back Up Safety Release Valve, The Clog Resistant Steam Release and the Temperature Cut Off and this is adjustable. The Inside Cooking Pot is Metal and cleans very easily with soapy water. When food has been completed it goes into a warm setting mode which i like. this Pressure Cooker is 1000 Watts it is Led Power Indicator. Has Timer, and Automatic Shut Off, is Non Stick but it is not Dish Washer Safe, keep that in mind. It is BPA Free. If you want your famous recipes to cook faster, then conventional cooking, taste better by retaining juices and natural flavor, then you want this Classic Cusine Pressure Cooker.Get Familiar with your Pressure Cooker, and learn as you go as adjusting time to your recipes knowing they will cook faster in a pressure cooker..My first meal was Chicken/Vegetable Asian Rice, and i am astounded, it came out perfectly, moist and taste great, i am really impress. I first braised the chicken, and cooked the veggies for a short while, this dish taste so good, with every bit of moisture and natural flavoring that this dish retained.Learn about your pressure cooker, the one you own, and when reading recipes online for pressure cookers, you might have to adjust time and cooking mode for your particular model. Would help as i stated, if this MFG included some basic recipes for this Pressure Cooker we are not mind readers, if we have never used a Pressure Cooker Before. That said, i am extremely happy with my first meal using this Pressure Cooker, i had to adjust time for my dish which will be a learning curve. But more then up for the challenge. Today we are going to do a Pork Roast using the braising then Pressure Cooked i know it will come out faster, and taste better, retaining all it’s natural juices, remember when you Pressure Cook you must add your liquid.I am happy with this product, the way it performed my first time, and must add, very easy to clean.90 Day Return

First-time pressure cooker user. Instructions felt a little vague, felt like I was questioning myself the whole time. I’ll also note that most receipts online refer to the name brand so it’s difficult to adapt with different settings. We made a pork tenderloin, turned out perfect and only took about 20 minutes. Worth to note, there is never a “start/go” button. Once you click a setting, it will rotate double 00 until the pressure is built (Takes a while actually, probably about 10 minutes for us). Seems to be high quality of material, we will see with repeated use. Was super easy to clean, just a quick rinse of the removable bowl. Love how fast it works, just wish it had better instructions for a first time user.

I love this new pressure cooker. The food comes out delicious and amazingly fast. The only problem I see with this pressure cooker is that they did not include a good instruction manual nor does it have recipes telling us which button to use. It is a great value for the cost just be careful where you buy it from, some people are more expensive than others

This pressure cooker works very well. I have used a pressure cooker before and was familiar with the operation of it. Make sure you read the directions to familiarize yourself with the operation and controls if you have never worked with one before. The directions do not come with any sample recipes, but these are easily obtained on the internet. I started out with a couple of frozen chicken breasts, chicken stock, salsa and seasoning. I set it for chicken and about 30 minutes later, I had two perfectly cooked chicken breasts. I put them over rice and had an easy and delicious meal. One thing to note is that if you use any seasoning, the seasoning smell will linger even after you clean it. I think it gets into the plastic seal and is very difficult to get out. Other than that, clean up is simple. I am looking forward to having easy meals on nights where I don’t feel like cooking.

We’ve been using a pressure cooker since I was a little kid but this one is so easy to use unlike the old one that we used to have, I never even open the instruction book. Last night we cooked chicken wings and okra. We may use this every night when we get home from our jobs, we can cook a meal and 1/3 the time. I was surprised that there was no cookbook included like in the description, but it have an oven mitt, spoon and measuring cup. It opens and closes really easy all you do is slide the top about an eighth of a turn and opens right up on a hinge you don’t even have to take the top off which makes it a lot easier To use. The face of the machine you have Settings if you want to make soup just press the button, fish or seafood, slow cook, and a brown or white rice setting, you can do brazing can make stew, chili, potatoes and the cord comes off so you can put it inside when you’re storing in the cabinet. This is a very versatile cooker, and it has a removable and non-stick pot, and if you have ever used one before, you will be very happy with this one.

My Trademark 4-in-1 pressure cooker-m030115 is a very nice multi-cooker. It has a 6-quart capacity which is plenty for me. I have used it to cook a roast that came out fine. I think with more experience with this cooker I will love using it. Having the stainless steel pot makes cleanup a lot easier for me. The pressure cooking is so much faster and the food is more tender. I am very happy with this multi-cooker.

I like except for the fact that I cannot set the exact number of minutes I want it to run.

First time using a Pressure Cooker. I used it for a braised beef which came our really tender. Also used for a shredded chicken breast which took only 25 minutes! I wish i used one of these earlier. Made cooking so much easier and faster. Pre-settings can be adjusted which is great. Has multiple cooking options. Easy to clean, set up and use. Will definitely be looking for more recipes to use this with.

I was excited to use a pressure cooker for the first time but the lack of instructions and recipes creates a lot of frustration. The manual is very basic and it refers to a third party website of recipes that are designed for a variety of pressure cookers. The problem is the majority of recipes call for sauté or browning mode and this unit only has braising so you cannot make most of the recipes. The product has cooking modes for soup, seafood, chicken, braising, stew/chili, rice, steam, potatoes and slow cook. It features a delay start mode, keep warm mode and the ability to adjust time on the preset modes. It also has a number of safety features.Beside the complaint about missing features to complete recipes, I also found the “non-stick” surface is far from non-stick. After cooking in the unit I have to use a kitchen scrub brush to get food off the surface. Far more work than I want for a non-stick product. I have used the product to cook rice and chicken dishes, pork butt and red meat. I thought everything would come out super tender based on all the pressure cooker comments on the internet. Unfortunately, all of my tests have resulted in tough meat. Maybe I am doing something wrong or the recipes are not translating well to the lack of functions on this unit. The product works and it may be a good fit for some users but I would prefer a more feature rich model that supports the functions found in most recipes.

I’ll admit, I thought these pressure cookers people were talking about were a gimmick. I thought there was no way you could cook all that food so fast without a lot of prep.Well, I was wrong! You can!Everything you’ll need aside from the food in included with this pressure pot. They even include a long oven mitt to make opening the valve and cover safe for anyone. The power cord is detachable for easy storage or transport.A steam rack is included as well, along with a measuring cup and rice scoop.A separate non-stick cooking pot is used with the cooker, making clean up very easy and very fast. The control panel is smooth and has touch controls. Easy to wipe off any messes. The rest of the pot is stainless steel and black plastic, no problem with spills or drips coming off.I tested this with a whole fresh 4 pound chicken. If it can do a whole raw chicken well, it can do anything. All I did for prep was rinse it off, apply my lemon pepper seasoning and rub BBQ sauce all over it. I set it on the steam rack inside the pot and filled the water level to the minimum setting listed in the manual.Turn on the cooker, lock the lid shut and press “Chicken” and walk away. The timer comes on and the pot starts to build pressure. Once pressure is up the timer starts automatically and it cooks the chicken.30 minutes later, it’s all done! Release the pressure using the valve on top, turning it to ‘Open’ and unlock the cover. The chicken was a safe 170F-180F all the way through.Take the pot out and serve up your delicious fall off the bone chicken!!!!!!You have auto settings for:Soup/StockFish/SeafoodChickenBraisingStew/ChiliRice, White and MultiGrainSteam PotatoesAND, it will also work as a Slow Cooker! It even has a delay timer so you can set it and have it start up to plan a perfect meal time.Clean up is super easy, just remove the interior pot, wash it out (dishwasher safe) and you’re done. This was so easy to use and so fast. I’ll be using this machine a lot and highly recommend it.
