The HX4 LED C.O.B. Clip light is the ideal dual color everyday carry light. By combining red and white LEDs, the HX4 LED Clip light is great when you need bright illumination or need to use it in situations where you need to preserve your night vision. The universal clip on the light makes it easy to clip on pockets or even the bill of your hat, while the integrated magnets allow the HX4 to be placed on magnetic surfaces. Once placed or clipped to a surface, the light features a 180° beam adjustment and allow the optimal beam placement for the user. With Coasts commitment to quality, the HX4 Flashlight is impact resistant, weather resistant and its LED is virtually unbreakable. Made by Coast this little clip-on light is quite powerful and versatile. Shines a very bright beam of light both white or red wherever is needed. It is adjustable up or down to 180 degree angle. It can be clipped to the rim of a cap, shirt sleeve, car lid…almost anywhere. It is 80 lumens, weatherproof, comes with two AAA batteries and will last up to 3-1/2 hours. Great for roadside emergency. Also has a lifetime warranty.

This is the first time I’ve ever been able to easily open a package of this kind. Cut across the top, taking off just a bit of the cardboard insert and then peel the package open. The sides readily come apart. When you first test this light, DO NOT LOOK INTO THE LIGHT ITSELF. This light is very bright and likely not good to have it shine directly into anyone’s eyes – you’ll be seeing stars. There are 2 modes: a very bright white light and a red light. It’s on a clip with a square of rubber material on the back to act as a buffer or to keep it from sliding. The light itself is in a little tube and rotates front to back so you can direct the light to wherever you want it to go. I found this to be handiest when walking late at night: I clip it to my shirt and it lights up the area in front for 15+ feet. I have clipped it to my horse’s tail when coming back in the dark on a street, using the red function and it was readily seen by any cars coming up behind us. The red light is bright enough that if you wanted to use it to read by, you could.It comes with batteries installed. To change the batteries, there’s a thumb screw at the bottom (very easy) and the bottom of the battery holder is held in place by a thin cord so you’re not going to lose it. The clip itself is almost 1 ½ “ deep so it holds on well. It has 4 little magnets on the back which are just strong enough to hold the light onto metal but not so strong they’ll damage the metal taking it off.This is a very well thought out and handy item. It might seem a little pricey for its size but I feel it’s a very fair price for a quality piece.

This little led clip light is very bright and is handy in tight situations. I was able to attach it to my hat so that I can see under my sink. The clip also attached to my shirt when I did not have a pocket or my hat on outside my backyard when I was cooking on the grill. The ability to adjust the beam of light is perfect to direct light where I need it to be. The hands free ability give this clip light the convenience to work in tight and dark areas without holding a flash light.

This is a very compact ilttle light that puts off a good amount of light. It can be used in many situations and is quite versitile. It has a clip that could be attached to a bill on a hat, a pocket, or even a collar. It also has magnets for attaching to a metal surface. It would be great for road side needs working on a vehicle in the dark. I also will use it with my BBQ at night when I have a late evening dinner. It is placed away from the back porch light, so this will light everything up nicely. I like that the light head rotates so, it can be pointed up, straight ahead and down in various angles that is easy to adjust. I came with the 2 batteries included and is ready to go. I also comes with a lifetime warranty, which is nice. Very cool, compact light that can be used in many occasions and puts off a good amount of light for the compact size.

This light is perfect for your toolbox or your tool belt (or your regular belt, your shirt pocket, etc.). It is extremely lightweight and compact yet it can throw a lot of light. I love that I can clip it to my tool belt. It also has a magnet that enables it to be attached to a metallic surface. It even has a red light in case you need to use it in a submarine. The light angle is adjustable which can come in very handy. It uses a pair of AAA batteries which are included in the package.

Great little lightweight work/activity light that offers a couple of different lights, and a few ways to wear and use them when you are working in areas or jobs that require a source of light. What I REALLY like about this light is the adjustable on a pivot – this allows me to clip it into the neck of my shirt, or the bill of my baseball cap, and allows me to point the beam of light directly where it’s needed. They offer two types of light too. The bright white and a red lamp that says helps to preserve your night vision. I haven’t tried this one yet as I havent really had to test my night vision in a repair as f yet – but I’m glad that I have a light should it be needed! Great little work light for sure, the only thing stopping it from 5 stars, is the need for batteries, because it isn’t rechargeable.

This is not the brightest flashlight you can buy. That is not the point.The head rotates so you can set the light path your want. The light has a heavy duty clip the clips both belts or suspenders and it also shines red. Great for shirt pockets when your hands need to be free.
