The HX4 LED C.O.B. Clip light is the ideal dual color everyday carry light. By combining red and white LEDs, the HX4 LED Clip light is great when you need bright illumination or need to use it in situations where you need to preserve your night vision. The universal clip on the light makes it easy to clip on pockets or even the bill of your hat, while the integrated magnets allow the HX4 to be placed on magnetic surfaces. Once placed or clipped to a surface, the light features a 180° beam adjustment and allow the optimal beam placement for the user. With Coasts commitment to quality, the HX4 Flashlight is impact resistant, weather resistant and its LED is virtually unbreakable. It is very small, lightweight and surprisingly bright. This clip light will surprise you for being no larger than it is. Powered by two AAA batteries, it serves as a mini flashlight, clipping easily to the pocket, bill of the cap, or even on the openings of a button up shirt or blouse. I think the architect of this invention took time to think of everything. The ability of adjust the light a full 180 degrees makes it handy for freeing up the hands to perform the work. I have also positioned it on a hard surface so that I was free to move around and continue to keep the spotlight on my work area. I have yet to have a need for the red light but in a night situation it would.allow for better vision.

Love this little light! I’m currently renovating a home and many of the spaces I need to get into are small making it cumbersome to bring a traditional flash light. I use this when working under the sinks, either clipped to my hat or held in place by the magnets built into it’s housing. I also like using it when doing electrical work (power turned off) and needing both hands, again clipped to my hat. My wife likes it also. She likes using it for walking the dog at night and when she takes the kayak out to do a little night fishing. Super bright LED with an option red light for seeing in the dark without being too bright. The light has a pivot so you can point the light where you need it. The clip is great for a ball cap and the built in magnets are a excellent idea.

Great little light. I bought this because I enjoy wearing baseball caps while out doing side jobs, and normal headlamps just aren’t practical with the brim of a cap in the way. This little light clips right onto the brim and lights up the work area perfectly. It’s a nice, bright light. Perfect for close-up work such as repairing plumbing or electric in a small, dark space. Don’t expect it to throw light far enough to inspect a full dark room, but if you’re working on a specific task this is perfect. The adjustable angle is great for working on your back, too. Love this thing.

Both red and white lights are very bright and the batteries last a long time. The clip works well for holding the light on a shirt pocket or lapel. the little magnets work well for holding it on a steel surface, such as under a car hood.

Great little light. I keep it clipped to my backpack so I have a small light available to me at all times.80 lumens is great for when you are working in a small space and it’s great to be able to rotate the light source to be able to direct it where it needs to be.

Small, well-built, versatile small task light. The clip and rotating light head come in handy. I clip it to my tool belt or put it in my pocket when not using tool belt. It provides enough light in close areas. Won’t replace high lumens output flashlight for big area lighting but that is not what it is designed to do. It does replace those larger lighting tools for small up close work. The clip, the magnets on the back of the clip, and rotating light head also permits hands free utilization, especially in tight areas. It has also come in handy reading menus in dark restaurants instead of cell phone flashlight.
