Extremely high quality for the price point. Perfect wavelength as a leak detecting UV source for most freon dye leak detect systems. The only down side was the on/off button is recessed into the cap to far for a thump click on/off and required some fumbling to use a finger.

If you’ve never had the chance to scavenge through the desert in search of scorpions – add it to your bucket list. I learned that with a little patience and the right tools, it’s a ton of fun. The COAST PX100 UV Flashlight turns earth toned scorpions into neon beacons at night, making them fun (and safe) to find! This is definitely a tool to add to the camping toolbox.

Best UV light that detects scorpions comes in handy really well it has saved me from stepping on a scorpion and find them inside my house or on the outside thanks for the great product and I also like your product because it’s kind of waterproof I dropped it in a bucket of water and it was still working

Very bright like all Coast lights. Made it east to locate the refrigerant leak using fluorescent dye. Also works on fluorescent minerals. Don’t have any scorpions where I live, so can’t comment on that use.
