It’s a great little light and does what it is supposed to do. Fairly small and easily fits in a nightstand drawer so it’s handy when you might want it. Yes, the switch requires you to make sure to push it to stay on, but it can’t turn on by accident while sitting in a drawer, etc.

A little expensive, but, worth the price. It is small yet very bright. Others I have bought, always break or end up having to hit them constantly with my hand to keep lit. I use rechargeable batteries. It also comes with a lifetime warranty.

This is a pretty darn good light. I live in the country and need a scorpion light to detect and kill them. I WAS using a light that had the multiple (9) mini led lights, but it would drain the 3 AAA batteries awful fast, and another main drawback was that the light from that one is dim. This light shines very bright! It only takes one AA battery, which lasts forever. With the other type of light, I was having to change the THREE batteries after about 2 or 3 uses only. I’m using this light night night, when I want to, and, after using it for several weeks, there’s still no need to change that one battery yet. Plus, the light is not only very bright, I can see what I’m aiming at from quite a distance, whereas before I had to shine it up close at objects to view anything. The only minor drawback that I noticed is that the power on button is a little hard to press down fully to activate, but does work fine after pressing it hard. There is an advantage that’s related to that- you can hold it down lightly and it won’t stay on, but it’s like a momentary on that works great for spot shining all over. As I said already, the fact that it’s so bright, with only one battery, which lasts and lasts, and not to mention it’s small and so handy that way, makes this an excellent scorpion light! I’d recommend this one to anybody.
