I absolutely love this cookware. The pans are heavier and much more substantial than those offered by competitors. They cook and retain heat evenly, and will not warp like other cookware sets in this price range. As with most stainless steel cookware, high heat settings are not recommended. (Medium to slightly medium high heat will work best.) They are also easy to clean — just soak in Dawn dish soap and warm water, wipe clean with a dish cloth and then dry with a soft towel. (A scrubber sponge will scratch the inside and outside of the pans, and honestly is not necessary.)This set is an excellent value, and is comparable to products offered by Cephalon and Cuisinart that cost over $200. As long as common sense is used, they will remain functional, shiny and beautiful for years to come.

I bought this after looking at the reviews. It is as expected. Cooked thrice in it and the food is not sticking to the bottom. No need of any struggle to wash. Weight of the vessels are neither too heavy nor light, its good. I should have given 5 stars for the performance. But giving only 4, because one of the lid is slightly crooked and boiling water/soup is spilling out little. May be its a manufacturing defect.

Wow, these are very nice. The stainless steel is hefty. None of that thin stainless steel you see sometimes in cheaper cookware. But the pans are not too heavy, either. Really perfect thickness and weight.Nice assortment of sizes, too. I wasn’t sure I would need so many different-sized pans, but it turns out I do. I like having the choice of different sizes. I’ve had the set a few weeks, and I’ve used every piece. I did overcook chicken in the frying pan–beware, the pans really hold the heat. So if a recipe calls for medium heat, once it starts cooking, turn it to low. You don’t want to eat tough chicken. You’d be sad, just like I was.And they’re good-looking pans. Attractive style. They look great with stainless steel appliances. I like the big handles, though that means they don’t stack super well. I heartily recommend them. That’s right, heartily. I really like them a lot.
