Nonstick ceramic coating is PTFE-Free, PFOA-Free, cadmium, and lead free. Compared to traditional nonstick coating systems, ceramic coatings provide superior non-stick performance with scratch resistance. Cookware is made of thick gauge aluminum that provides even heat conduction without hot spots. Anti-slip coating on handles provides a comfortable grip and stays cool during cooking.

I am weary to buy on line as I rather touch and see product beforehand but this set exceeded my expectations . I love vibrant color, low height allowing fit on the shelf in fridge and wide allowing quick heat up of content. And lids are interechangabke between pieces
