Only used this once, so it’s too early to tell if long term durability will be an issue, but the construction and material qualities seem very good. I only wish we could find a larger SS rising roasting pan.The pan worked well for cooking a 15-lb turkey. Cleanup was easy, and there is nothing to flake off onto your food or during cleaning. So far we are happy with this purchase.

The best roasting pan I have ever owned. It is heavy and very well made. Pan clean up beautifully — it can go in the dishwasher! I used it on my glass top stove to make gravy. Other pans I have owned were not for use on a stovetop. We cooked a 15 pound turkey. I would buy again and plan on buying for my grandson’s family
