Items have an anodized surface that is durable and harder than stainless steel. Heavy gauge aluminum core distributes heat evenly and prevents hot spots. Nonstick coating delivers exceptional performance and makes cleaning easy. Lid is tempered glass that is protected by a stainless steel rim. Ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is riveted for strength. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended. Works on gas, electric, etc. Not Induction compatible. Items are oven safe to 500F, with glass lid oven safe up to 350F.

Great quality for the price I paid. The only downside is, it is NOT Induction stove compatible like what it says in the features. I was looking for a nonstick induction pot and pan set that induction stove compatible, reason I bought it. disappointed but kept it because of quality and price.
