Since the introduction of the original Crescent wrench in the early 1900s, the Crescent brand has become synonymous with adjustable wrenches. The second generation adjustable wrenches feature a large knurl for easy adjustment and a tight jaw fit. Its hex jaw design helps reduce slippage and tightly grips the fastener for solid, secure operation, while the corrosion-resistant chrome finish helps prevent rusting. A wide handle design provides comfort and reduces fatigue during extended use. The larger size wrenches, 15 in., 18 in., and 24 in., have tapered handles allowing for a better two-hand grip and less weight. Ideal for both pros and do-it-yourself enthusiasts.
- Laser etched scale in both SAE standard and metric sizes allows easy identification
- Larger knurl for easy adjustment ensures a tight jaw fit
- Hex jaw design reduces slippage by gripping fasteners tightly
- Large capacity 2-1/16 in., 53 mm hex jaw fits a wide range of fastener sizes
- Tapered handle for better two-handed grip and reduced weight improves comfort and reduces fatigue
- Heat-treated forged alloy steel for toughness and durability
- Tension spring stabilizes jaw and allows easy knurl adjustment
- Chrome plated finish wipes clean easily and resists rust or corrosion
- Polished head and satin finished handle

The thicker handle is easier on the hand when you’re pulling hard. I like the metric and standard measure so you can see how big a bolt is.

Wrench is the right size to unscrew the hose that’s been in the outlet for years. I didn’t need the gripper as suggested. Will buy a bigger size for big pipes. Thank you.

I’ve had the 24inch crescent for a couple of months now. I’ve used it twice and it works great as expected. The big thing for me and the biggest reason I bought it was it’s made in the USA. One of the dislikes is that it is heavy but if you use it for big jobs that’s what you need is heavy and durable.

Wrench is durable and as precise as an adjustable wrench will get.
