They honestly are the best pair of pliers ice bought so far. They claim to use 40% less strength when cutting and that is true. You can cut thru wire and it feels like you touched the wire and it splits. Best investment.

I bought these specifically for my carpenters cut bag. They have the features I wanted so I could pull some big tacks or staples and cut ties and clips, adjust the bend of metal ties or hangers etc. pinch and knock off some burrs, even on wood. I used to do a lot of communication and antenna work and these would not be my first choice for wiring because they are too stiff and slow for one handed fast work. They’re not instinctive enough for me. I’d rather have the Klein’s, CL or Milwaukee which will drop a handle losely into one – hand mode. These I just added to the show so I’ll update if needed in the future.

These are perfect for me and my normal use in my job and home but I am not an electrician and I believe these would give an electrician a hard time. cutting Romex cable seems impossible with these as they don’t seem to open wide enough. pulling tape wouldn’t be any easier. these are good for maybe hammering twisting thick wire together or bending something. if u r an electrician stick with Klein if ur an at home diy these r perfect

Just spent the day using the tool for snipping high tensile woven wire fence ties. The day prior I used my old trusty diagonal pliers with high hand fatigue and joint pain. These 40% less effort pliers are the real deal. I worked much faster with less discomfort today. Probably made about 250 cuts with no change in sharpness. Great buy.
