These appears to be very similar to a Craftsman set that I have had for several years. After having had an epiphanal moment with my impact driver, I no longer try to breaker screws loose manually. I have run screws into and out of wood with these and have had no problems with slippage. The handles are comfortable. It’s really great that they made the Phillips blue and the flat red. Now I don’t have to look at the tip to try and figure out which one I have in my hand. While I have not owned these a long time, nor subjected them to continuous, rigorous use, I have always been happy with my Crescent tools and expect no unpleasant surprises from these, down the road. If you are looking for manual screwdrivers, this is about as good as it gets.

Does a great job on damaged screw heads, “Diamond Tip” is not a gimmick! I was having some students rearrange the miter saw station in the school shop today, which meant dismantling the old one, a student built amalgamation of used framing lumber and (probably used) deck screws. The screw heads were in pretty rough shape and after the kids struggled to pull them with a driver drill, I was about to hand them a pry bar and the Sawzall. But then I remembered I had thrown these new screwdrivers into my back pack.So I handed the set to the kids, “Give these a try” and with a minimum of fuss they were able to extract the old screws at least far enough to grab them with the vice grips. They tried them out on a couple of other things in the shop that needed tightening, loosening, or removing, including some rusted up wood screws, large and small in both the slotted and Phillips variety. These screwdrivers did the job even on some of the worst of the damaged heads. The diamond coating really does seem to give these screwdrivers a better grip. The handles are nice and big and overmolded with some sort of rubber. They they are easy and comfortable to grab and you can put a bunch of torque on whatever you are trying to twist.A great set to keep in the kitchen drawer, tool box, or on the pegboard in your garage or basement.

I really like the handles on these screw drivers. They’ve got a sure grip rubber feel to them and unlike others out there they’re shaped so when you drop them they won’t roll away. I’ve been using them and the tips are very hard ans don’t seem to be wearing out a bit. They’re cut very well and fit screw slots securely. They’re made with different colors, the red for the slotted head and blue for the phillips head. I’m hoping they’ll make them in different head sizes that I can replace the rest of my screw drivers.

The crescent diamond tip screw driver set appears to be a great product for the price. The drivers are well made, sturdy and are gripped comfortably due to the rubber and plastic combination of the handles. The handles are large enough that you can get a really good grip for those stubborn screws and not hurt your hand. The set comes with two Phillips head tips in a size P1 and P2, and two flat head tips in a size 3/16 and 1/4. The larger Phillips and flat head drivers measure just under 9 inches long. The smaller flat head driver measures 8 inches while the smaller Phillips driver measures 7 inches. The lighter colored diamond tips – a terrific idea which really does help when lining up with a screw head – are a great contrast to the darker driver shafts and colored handles and the tips grip various size and shaped screws well. Overall these are a great product.

These screwdrivers work like a dream. It’s so nice to have a philips head screw driver that works. All of my old ones were stripped and I didn’t realize until I received these new ones how much difference it makes. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip. They have rubber on them so they grip and don’t slip in your hand. The handles are also a good size they seem to fit all hands. I am a female do it yourselfer and they fit my had perfectly as well as my boyfriends. I can’t wait to do projects now.

The handles are larger toward the blade and taper at the bottom. This shape allows you to get a good grip on the tools. The handles also have the comfort grip. The blue handles are on the Phillips #1 (3″) and #2 (4″). The red handles are the flat head blades (3/16″ x 4) and (1/4″ x 4″). This kit covers most household projects. It’s nice to have them handy. The blade tips have a diamond coated tip. Another nice feature is that the sizes are marked on the bottom of each handle for easy identification.

I gave these as gifts and recipients were impressed by the feel and look of these screwdrivers. The grip is great.

I was left with a hodgepodge of screwdrivers; some huge, some very small. The ones in the middle size range, like these, all have very large tips on the slotted/flat blade screwdrivers. Even though they are thin enough to go in the slot the blade is too wide to do the job. The old Phillips look like they have been used as a punch because the pointy tip is sometimes to fat to go in the notch and work.Even though I have a small hand, they fit my hand and the tri-lobal handle makes it harder for my hand to slip when under pressure of turning the screw.

These four screw drivers are extremely top quality product and have a very good feel in my hands. Their an excellent quality brand product, with a great product warranty, it’s a set of tools that will last me for many years of use . They’re all a good little selection for all around use on the job and at home. They have nice sharp tips on every screwdriver and with their hardened blade tips, I know that they are going to give me great service for years to come. The Crescent brand has been around for many years and I’ve owned many of their great tools, never have had any issues with their product.

This is a great starter set or on an experienced user would be pleased with. The grip is comfortable and they seem well made and sturdy. The sizing was great for most household needs and is a great “junk drawer” item to have handy. I would recommend these to anyone with a need, you can never have to many screwdrivers around…they always come in hand.

Very nice tips and shafts, great gripping handles will deliver as much torque as is needed in most cases. Gave em 4 instead of 5 starts because the actual product isn’t quite as good looking as the ones in the photo.

All screwdrivers should be like these. I never thought there was a big difference in screwdrivers until I got these. First off, they are Crescent brand. The handles are great for my old hands because they are three sided and let me really get a solid grip. The handles also have a rubber coating on some areas and will not let your hands slip! The tips are diamond-coated which I think will help the tips from wearing out. The drivers are heftier than my old ones but feel great. This is not a cheap set but it might be the last ones you will buy. If you are serious about your tools, you must look at these. The features, quality of materials and a Lifetime warranty makes them a great investment and worth every penny.
