They would be a really nice pair of pliers with the exception of one thing. The joints on my pair are really stiff. The wider it gets the stiffer it becomes. When you open it as far as it goes, it will lock-in place. If you can deal with that. They aren’t that bad…

Excellent pliers. I have used this product for years. The handle is very gentle with your hands and yet very strong. As a maintenance guy I used it to reach or grab things in very small spaces such as sinks, tub drains and even to remove objects stuck inside the P trap of toilet bowls when I have to remove them. If you take of them these pliers will last for long time.
