Most of the time standard needle nose pliers are sufficient for most DIY jobs. If you need something with more heft then these pliers will get the job done. They feel very substantial in your hand, are very long, and feel really well made. The grip covers are comfortable as well. In situations where you need more power or torque these will get the job done.

This long reach 2 piece pliers set works great! I was installing some kitchen cabinet catch magnets and accidentally dropped 1 of the small wood screws into the garbage disposer. These pliers pulled the screw out with ease. These are great tools to have on hand!

well made very long needle nose pliers as in 13 and 1/2 inches long very comfortable grips about 5 inches long one pair has a 45 degree bend at the end the other pair is straight the have a three point hinge in the center of the pliers so you can get down into tight areas they are not magnetized which would have been nice good weight and precision made finish

I received these pliers for free to write this review.These are the longest pliers that I have ever seen. Not really practically for day to day jobs, but extremely useful in unusual circumstances. They are well built.The pliers are most helpful when trying to reach something far away in a tight spot like a car engine. There are also good for fishing out something you drop when a magnet on a string wont work.Please see the attached video to see the pliers move.

This certainly filled a void regarding my pliers’ needs. These are the real deal and made for the situations when ordinary pliers will simply not reach, don’t have the needed strength, or do not have the required precision. I fully believe these will cover you in those atypical situations.Things I like:1. Heavy duty. Nothing feels cut-rate on these.2. Very precise. The double compound joint is the secret. It allows for little movement within the handle and still achieves the grip you need on the object.3. Nice gripping teeth in the ends and they fit flush with each other when pressure is applied. We have all had pliers that don’t marry up to each other flush. They will drive you nuts. These are good.4. The handle grips are nice and don’t slip. I took a close photo of those.I have no cons. These really are a quality set of pliers. I fully recommend as a nice addition to your tools.
